Terms and Conditions

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express . Net 10 days on approved open accounts. Past due invoices are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge. If you would like to establish credit, you can do so by calling our Sales Department at 803-788-3184.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact our Sales Department.
All returns must be authorized by RMA (Return Material Authorization). Items you
have received that are over 90 days old are non returnable. All Stock Items are subject to a 20 % re-stocking charge and non stock items & non defective products are subject to a 25% restocking charge. You will be responsible for freight charges to return the merchandise and for the freight charge(s) of the original shipment. Any shipment refused or returned without a prior RMA Number and approval will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee plus the freight expense of package(s) being returned. Claims for non delivery delivery must be reported within 14 days. In case of damaged shipments, you must inspect items being received and have the delivering carrier note on their manifest the accessed damage. The delivering carrier is responsible for damages while in shipment. Shortages must be reported immediately. Please inspect your shipment and insure that all items have been received according to the packing slip.

Minimum Order Charge

Any orders which does not total $ 40.00 or more will be subject to minimum charge amount of $3.00.

Special Order / Custom Items

All special order or custom merchandise is non returnable. There is a $40.00 processing fee for any cancellations of special or custom orders. Once a custom or special order has been placed into production, the order cannot be cancelled.

Pricing

Due to unstable market conditions which are out of our control, Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on item(s) are based on purchases in quantity brackets indicated on product pages. Example ....... In the brackets 1-3, the price shown is per case or per roll. If the price shown is 20.00, then it would be 20.00 for quantity of one (1). For large quantities or custom items, Please click below on Custom Quote Request to receive pricing.

Taxes

User(s) will be responsible for any applicable sales or use tax, duties, or other governmental taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase. If you do not pay such sales or other tax or fee on a transaction, you will be responsible for such taxes or fees in the event that they are later determined to be payable on such sale, and, and Company reserves the right to collect such taxes or other fees from you at any time.

Freight

Freight charges are F.O.B. Shipping Point unless otherwise specified when purchasing a product. Some items qualify for free freight as noted when when placing an order on line. Any free freight charge is based on the qualifying quantity purchase and must be shipped within the United States Boundary. Free freight is based on shipping to a designated place of business, commercial and within the United States. Residential deliveries are subject to extra charges assessed by the delivering carrier and will be added as an extra expense to your order.

If you are asked by the delivering carrier if you want inside delivery or lift gate service, Please tell them know as there are extra charges for the services and you will be responsible for payment.
